Title: Worth the Price for a Few Recipes and Time Charts

Review: I just purchased a book, and borrowed one. I don't know which is which. If this is a loaner, I plan to buy it.
I don't care for beans, which are in many of the recipes, nor long lists of ingredients. The recipes for roasted and mashed potatoes alone are worth the price of this book. Ohers, most notably the roast beef recipe will be among my standards.

While I have my unusual way to mash spuds, this method looks easy and worth trying, so I will do so. The cooking method in the recipes help me know how much liquid and good time estimates. In addition, I learned to wait to add the fats and other ingredients until the pot reads, "Hot".
The charts are not very sharp, but legible and since the Fire tablet is easier to find than a piece of paper, they will be very handy.

I really appreciate my Instant Pot already. Now it is even more useful.

I recommend this book to anyone who owns an electric pressure cooker.

Review: i love my pressure cooker use it all the time, there have been times that i have a problem with it building pressure, , it locks ok but the pressure time just keeps rolling. i shut it off and take the cover off it and run it under water to make sure it clear but i use it all the time

Review: I am the sort of person who rarely follows a recipe and improvises a lot in the kitchen. Having this little pamphlet available ready on my phone is just so convenient and much cheaper than those magnets they try to sell you for the fridge with far less information!

Review: This is a great companion for an Instant Pot. It has great tips and tables of how to cook the basics by food types (seafood,rice and grain, beans and legumes, meat, vegetables, fruits). It contains all that internet info in one place. This is not a book of recipes it is a book of how to cook with an Instant Pot.

Review: I really didn't pay attention to the details on this book. So I was surprised that it was so small. This is a gift for my daughter who is getting her Instant Pot for Christmas. I hope this helps her.
